These tools can make it easier to submit a proposal, but they do not necessarily make the transaction move faster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approval speed is usually determined by what happens after submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications wait for missing information. Documents arrive through different channels. Exceptions sit in unmanaged queues. Employees re-enter data between systems.
