CALMS (Solifi) CMS covers the complete contract management lifecycle from the point of activation through to maturity or termination. It is live in two countries \u2013 Ireland and the UK \u2013 and supports a live portfolio of around 300,000 contracts. Two hundred users have access to the system, ranging from core customer service personnel to occasional business users.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe system sits within a SAP-centric landscape, but can communicate with both SAP and non-SAP applications\u201d explained Brendan Gleeson, Global CSO at Solifi. \u201cMuch like other core SAP modules, it was built as a fully independent component; a key benefit of this is that it can meet the business\u2019s needs while still utilising the integration capabilities of the SAP application architecture.\u201d<\/p>\n

The system integrates fully with Solifi\u2019s Point-of-Sale system, and can also integrate easily with any other POS and Loan Origination solution.<\/p>\n
