The combination will extend Solifi\u2019s retail automotive, powersports, and specialty-finance capabilities across the lending lifecycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The acquisition advances Solifi\u2019s strategy to provide lenders with a more connected operating environment across complex asset portfolios. Inovatec brings a modern, configurable platform spanning its Propel digital portal, loan origination system and loan management system. Their experience in automotive, powersports, equipment, and other specialty lending markets combines with Solifi\u2019s five decades of secured-finance expertise, global enterprise delivery and broad spectrum of leasing, lending, and servicing solutions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAutomotive finance is one of the clearest examples of why connected technology matters,\u201d said Dan Corazzi, CEO of Solifi. \u201cRetail origination and servicing, wholesale finance, dealer operations, asset data and risk oversight are deeply interdependent, yet they are often managed through separate systems.
