Solifi congratulates Vanessa on an industry leadership appointment focused on developing the next generation of equipment finance leaders.
August, 2026: Solifi is pleased to share that Vanessa Roberts has been named Chair-Elect of the Emerging Leaders Subcommittee of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA).
Vanessa will work alongside current Chair Sylvianne Evans, CLFP, to guide the subcommittee’s efforts to engage, support, and develop the next generation of leaders in equipment finance. She succeeds a strong line of volunteer leaders and brings a clear commitment to helping others grow, build connections, and contribute to the industry.
The Emerging Leaders Subcommittee is part of ELFA’s People Power community and supports the Attract, Train, Retain model. Its work creates opportunities for professionals who are new to the industry or in the early and middle stages of their careers to develop leadership skills, gain practical experience, and build meaningful peer relationships.
The subcommittee also helps lead development programs, peer learning, mentorship, networking, and virtual learning opportunities, including the “Leaders on the Rise” track at the annual Power of People Summit. The 2026 track will explore upskilling in the age of AI, authentic leadership, the value of the CLFP designation, and lessons from established industry leaders.
