Solifi launches e-Invoicing to support evolving global requirements

Solifi e-Invoicing integrates structured invoice exchange and related reporting with customer billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable operations.

MINNEAPOLIS, September 9, 2026 – Solifi, a global fintech software partner for secured finance, today announced the launch of Solifi e-Invoicing, a solution designed to format and exchange inbound and outbound invoice data through supported government platforms and e-Invoicing networks. The solution also supports document validation, exchange-status monitoring, and related transaction reporting where applicable.

Governments around the world are introducing and expanding e-Invoicing mandates, changing how businesses exchange invoice data and document transactions. As requirements advance across regions, global organizations need a more consistent and scalable approach.

For organizations operating across multiple countries, solving e-Invoicing one mandate at a time typically means separate integrations, inconsistent operating models, and administrative overhead that grows with every new requirement. Solifi takes a different approach: e-Invoicing — including the compliance requirements that apply once an invoice is transmitted to the relevant tax authority, and the ability to receive compliant invoices where local mandates require it — is integrated directly into the platform’s invoicing activity, so compliance is part of the same workflow customers already use rather than a separate system to manage.

Invoice operations

Solifi e-Invoicing uses invoice data generated through Solifi to format and exchange machine-readable documents across supported networks. It also supports inbound invoice receipt, document validation, exchange-status monitoring, and related transaction reporting where applicable.

The solution is designed to help customers:

  • Integrate outbound e-Invoicing with Solifi invoicing operations
  • Receive inbound electronic invoices through supported networks
  • Format invoice data for applicable country and network requirements
  • Validate invoice documents and monitor exchange status
  • Support related transaction reporting where applicable
  • Reduce repeated country-specific integration and administrative work
  • Extend into supported countries as regulatory and business requirements evolve

Through Solifi’s partnership with Avalara, Solifi e-Invoicing connects with supported government platforms and e-Invoicing networks. Avalara provides network connectivity and related reporting capabilities for applicable country requirements, while Solifi integrates those services with billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activity managed through its solutions.

Building on the first customer implementation

Solifi’s first signed e-Invoicing customer has begun implementing the solution in France, with plans to extend the rollout into additional countries throughout 2026 and 2027.

This implementation provides a practical foundation for validating end-to-end invoice exchange, refining country activation and implementation guidance, and informing expansion into additional supported countries.

Discussing your e-Invoicing requirements with Solifi

Initial implementations are centered on Solifi PM-ILS customers in supported countries and networks.

Solifi customers and prospects, including organizations using other Solifi products, are encouraged to discuss their e-Invoicing requirements with Solifi. The team can assess country requirements, inbound and outbound invoice needs, product fit, integration requirements, and implementation scope to determine the appropriate next step.

Availability and implementation scope depend on the customer’s countries, invoice flows, Solifi product, integration requirements, and broader business needs.
